We’ve featured the 4.4-acre estate at 209 Hedges Lane in Sagaponack a couple of times before—once when it came on the market for almost $24 million in June, and then again when it first cut its asking price down to $21.5 million just two months later.

After four months and two price cuts, the property is now listed for its lowest $19,995,000 with Corcoran Group’s real estate agent, Susan Breitenbach.

When we first featured the house it was criticized in the comments for its price—especially considering it’s not on the beach. In fact, the property is just over a mile from the ocean at Peter’s Pond. But despite the distance from the beach and the high price tag, many of our commenters could agree that the 13,000-square-foot home was attractive and stylish.

Built in 2007, the home has nine bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a double-height paneled entry foyer, a chef’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry, a wine cellar, and an elevator servicing all three levels. Outside, new owners will enjoy a screened-in patio with a fireplace, views over a 12-acre reserve, a sunken Har-Tru tennis court, a pool, and two accessory structures: a pool house and a yoga studio.

The property was purchased in May of 2007 for $18,176,280 under a limited liability company titled Camp Hedges according to PropertyShark records.
