Previously available for rent, the gorgeous creekfront home at 27 Ezekills Hollow in Sag Harbor’s North Haven neighborhood has come on the sales market for $9.75 million.

Sited on nearly 2 acres of land, the property features an 8,000-square-foot estate with five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, water views, hardwood floors, walls of windows, beamed ceilings, multiple fireplaces, and French doors throughout the first level that lead to the exterior living space. Outside, one will find a fire pit, heated gunite pool and spa, and a two-car garage with radiant heated floors.

The second-level master suite includes a wood-burning fireplace and a bathroom that overlooks the property. Meanwhile, the finished lower level downstairs has been recently renovated and now offers 1,500 square feet of living space, a game room with a gas fireplace, a wet bar for entertaining, a home theater, and a home gym.

In 2005, the property sold for $1.57 million and the current house was finished three years later in 2008. Though it’s been available to rent in the past, this is the first time that it’s come on the sales market.

Though North Haven is considered to be part of Sag Harbor, 27 Ezekills Hollow is actually closer to Shelter Island. It’s just 2 miles from the South Ferry station, and about 4 miles from Sag Harbor village shops and restaurants.
