The 12.7-acre compound at 178, 180 & 182 Springy Banks Road in East Hampton’s Northwest Woods neighborhood has found a buyer after more than two years on and off the market. It was last asking $13,995,000 under Compass Real Estate agents Lori Schiaffino and Washington Duke.

In April of 2016, the massive property first listed for just under $20 million with Saunders, then eventually the listing was removed before going back up for sale with Compass in April of this year.

The smallest lot is at 178 Springy Banks Road, which is 2 acres, followed by the 182 address that spans 2.5 acres. The property where the main house stands is at the 8.2-acre parcel at 180 Springy Banks Road.

In addition to having lots of space to stretch out, the property features a private dock, tennis court, and a water side pool. The 4,325-square-foot main house offers six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a full basement, and a screened-in porch with a fireplace.
