What $5M buys you in Westhampton right now

Four of the homes are waterfront and four of them have pools and tennis courts outside

Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can buy or rent for a certain price in the Hamptons.

Today’s price: $5 million in Westhampton.

375 Dune Road: $5.495M

Built in 1991, this oceanfront home with ocean and bay views stands a comfortable 4,000 square feet on 0.74 acres of land. Interiors include a double-height living and dining area on the first floor, a wood-burning fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead to the oceanfront deck outside. Two bayview bedrooms both have private balconies, while the master offers two walk-in closets, terraces on the ocean and bay sides, and an ensuite bathroom with a deep spa tub and a sauna.

Outside, there’s a gunite pool, a hard tennis court, and a private ocean beach. We went a little over the set $5 million budget to include this Westhampton home.

This 5,000-square-foot 1980 contemporary is also waterfront, but it’s not on the ocean. The canalfront home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms between two levels on 1.45 acres of land. The renovated home offers a double-height living and dining space, a wine cellar, teak flooring, hurricane windows and doors, and a newly surfaced roof.

Meanwhile, the exterior living space include a canal-side patio, a floating dock, 165 feet of new bulkhead, a pool, a Har-Tru tennis court, a koi pond, and a pool house with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Yet another waterfront home in Westhampton, this 1.64-acre gated property offers bulkheaded water frontage on a creek that leads into Moriches Bay. Inside the 3,200-square-foot home, there are six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and one half-bathroom, as well as a gourmet kitchen, an open living space with skylights, and a stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace.

Sliding glass doors lead outside, where one will find a waterside pool, decking, a deep water dock with a boat slip, a gunite pool, a spa, and a Har-Tru tennis court.

The seven-bedroom, seven-bath home includes an open floorplan, a fireplace, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a gym, and a two-car garage. Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool and a hard tennis court on 1.1 acres of land.

This beautifully renovated bayfront home offers a private 180-foot dock outside—and it’s been featured on Curbed once before. The turnkey home has 3,400 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one half-bathroom, an open floorplan, a screened-in porch, a gourmet kitchen, and a second-level master suite with a private waterview balcony.
