This week, we’re having readers try and guess the asking price of a brand new modern barn style home in Amagansett.

The home spans 3,800 square feet in size with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Inside, there’s a wide open floorplan, double-height living room, a fireplace in the living room, and sliding glass doors throughout the first level that lead outside to the pool. The master suite offers views overlooking the property and a bathroom with double vanities and double shower heads.

While we aren’t going to reveal the address quite yet, we will say that the home—sited on an acre of land—is located north of the highway and has golf course views. Down the road (but without golf course views), a shingled home with 5,300 square feet on an acre of land is listed for just over $3 million, so that’s where we’re going to start the guessing for this week’s PriceSpotter.

The property sold for $901,000 back in 2009.
