Earlier this week, Variety and Architectural Digest reported that a modern new-build on North Sea Road in Southampton that recently came on the market for $3.75 million boasts high-profile investors DJ Khaled, NBA player Luol Deng, and Confluent Development.

The modern farmhouse-style home stands 6,000 square feet on over 3 acres of land at 1071 North Sea Road in north-of-the-highway Southampton. Interior photos haven’t yet been revealed, and right now only the exterior images are available. But according to the listing, the house will have six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, five fireplaces, an open floorplan, and a finished lower level. The land can also accommodate the addition of a tennis court.

Construction is almost complete, according to a Compass representative.

PropertyShark lists the address three times. One record shows that a 0.06-acre portion of the North Sea Road address was purchased on August 25, 2017, for $365,000 under Dgcv Hamptons LLC. The other two records were not purchased under the limited liability company, but rather two personal names (the same two on each record). One states that a 0.5-acre portion of the land was purchased on the aforementioned 2017 date for $365,000, and the other shows a 2.4-acre plot without sales information.

These three lots add up to 2.96 acres of land, while the Compass listing claims that the flag lot spans 3.17 acres. The surveys provided to Curbed by Compass also show the total plot to span 3.17 acres.

At this time, Curbed has not heard back from Compass for comment regarding the most recent sales price or the celebrity investors.

With the $3.75 million asking price, the home is the most expensive residential property available for sale on North Sea Road by more than $2 million, followed by the south-of-the-highway shingled home on a half-acre at the 268 address asking $1,495,000.

Matthew Breitenbach represents the listing.
