Sited south of the highway at 270 Ox Pasture Road in Southampton, a shingled home from 1910 on nearly 3 acres of land has just come on the market for $10.45 million.

The 108-year-old home has 3,253 square feet of living space, eight bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms—including a grandfathered third floor. Considering there are no photos of the bedrooms on the listing, and there are eight bedrooms squeezed into just over 3,000 square feet, we’re guessing those bedrooms might be a bit tight.

Other features include hardwood floors, a fireplace in the foyer, a butler’s pantry off the dining room, and a spacious eat-in chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances. French doors lead out to a deck outside, where one will also find a gunite pool and patio, plus an accessory structure.

According to the listing, the gated 2.7-acre property could accommodate a home up to 10,000 square feet in size. Unfortunately there are no photos of the bathrooms or the third floor.

The property is about 1.5 miles north of the ocean at Cooper’s Beach, and about 1.5 miles southwest of Main Street shops and restaurants. Mark Greenwald from Saunders represents the listing.
