What do you think it should be priced at to find a buyer?

Just two months ago, we featured a unique contemporary waterfront home at 1377 Meadow Lane, which came on the market for $9.75 million. After two months, the property has received its first price cut, bringing the listing down to $8.75 million.

The 5,000-square-foot home—built in 2007—has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, including an submarine-inspired powder room on the first floor with interesting wallpaper. The interiors were designed with a neutral palette, featuring white walls, light hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders that bring the natural light and surrounding landscape inside.

Other features include an eat-in kitchen, outdoor decks with TVs and a gas fireplace, and water views from nearly every room.

Unfortunately, the home is waterfront on a creek—not the ocean or a bay—but it does have a dock outside where new owners can keep a boat. And it’s sited on nearly 2 acres of land, but there isn’t a pool.

We love this house, but we’re curious to hear what our readers think that it should be priced at to sell. In 2007, it sold for $4.05 million.

Harald Grant from Sotheby’s and Ellen Lauinger and Katie Milligan from Corcoran represent the listing.
