What do you think it will sell for?

Readers may remember the south-of-the-highway oceanview home in Sagaponack that came on the market back in January or $9.75 million at 59 Sandune Court. After 10 months available for sale and one price cut, the home is now in contract. It was most recently asking $8.95 million.

Sited on nearly a full acre, the house—built in 2004—spans 4,650 square feet. Inside, there are five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, water views, a gourmet kitchen and living room with a fireplace, and a screened-in porch with a dining terrace for outdoor meals in the summer and fall.

The hedged property is sited directly next to a farm with a nature reserve, which makes the home a great option for those who value a bit of privacy. Outside, there’s also a heated gunite pool.

A final sales price hasn’t been revealed quite yet, but we’re thinking that it will probably sell slightly below the most recent asking price. But tell us what you think in the comments.

Paul Brennan from Douglas Elliman represented the property, while Carol Nobbs—also from Douglas Elliman—brought the buyer.
