If you’re looking for an investment opportunity, this commercial building in Sag Harbor with two residential apartments upstairs has come on the market for $6.6 million with Compass Real Estate agents Scott Strough, Kathleen Zappola, and Christian Lipp.

Located right in the heart of the village, 3 Madison Street has 2,100 square feet of first-floor residential space, while each apartment spans around 1,140 square feet on the second floor.

Each apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fireplace in the living room. There’s also a deck off the back of the building for dining and lounging.

Right now, Christy’s Building Art Center is housed at the location.

According to the Zillow price history, back in 2015 the property was listed for $6.9 million, but it was taken off the market after just three months.
