This week, we’re having our readers guess the asking price of a shingled beauty in north-of-the-highway Sagaponack. The home spans 3,600 square feet over a full acre of land. While we aren’t going to reveal the address quite yet, we will tell readers that the home is close to Wölffer Estate Vineyards, and about 3 miles north of the ocean at Gibson Beach.

Built in 2007, the home offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms, an open floorplan, a double-height great room with a wood-burning fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, and a covered deck outside. The second-level master suite includes a spa bathroom and lots of natural light. Hardwood floors can be found throughout the home.

Outside, there’s an attached two-car garage accessed by a breezeway, a pool cabana with a wet bar and full bathroom, and a heated pool and spa.

Sited on a full acre of land, the property has plenty of space both inside and out.

In 2005, the property was purchased for $970,000 and the current home was completed two years after. Since the property now includes a home, we’re going to start the guessing at $1.5 million.
