Amagansett modern now asking 52 percent of original asking price

It was listed for $11.5M back in March of 2017; now it’s listed for just under $6M

About a year and a half ago, we featured the home at 15 Greentree Court in Amagansett, which at the time was listed for $11.5 million with Saunders. Since then, the home has had multiple price cuts, the most recent $2 million change in price bringing the property down to $5,995,000.

It’s now asking 52 percent of what it was originally on the market for in March of 2017.

The 6,500-square-foot home sits on over 2 acres of north-of-the-highway land, about 2.5 miles from Amagansett shops and restaurants, 2 miles east of the Devon Yacht Club, and about 3 miles from the ocean at Indian Wells Beach.

Designed by Kevin O’Sullivan, the home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, an open floorplan, floor-to-ceiling windows, doors that open out the deck for true indoor-outdoor living, and 14-foot ceilings in the kitchen. The outdoor deck offers a stainless steel grilling station, a gas pizza oven, an outdoor fireplace, and an infinity edge gunite pool with a waterfall.

In the master suite, there’s a private office and radiant-heated marble bathroom with a soaking tub and glass encased shower.

Downstairs, one will find a wine cellar, radiant heated floors, a yoga room, and a sauna and steam room in the finished lower level. There’s also access to the three-car garage from the basement.
