According to the Zillow price history, the quarter-acre property sold in 2016 for $810,000 and then went on the market for $4,495,000 later that year, with the newly-built house included. That price steadily came down over the next two years on the market, most recently cutting its asking price this past summer in July.

Spanning 4,200 square feet, the home offers five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, one half-bath, an open floorplan, a fireplace, a bar with a wine fridge, and French doors that lead outside. Interior features include white oak hardwood flooring and a fully finished lower level for additional space.

The exterior hosts a covered porch with a fireplace, a heated gunite pool, pear trees, and a detached garage.
