Sag Harbor midcentury modern on two acres lists for $1.75M

The mirrored walls have been maintained

Sited on over two acres of land on Deerfield Road in the Noyack neighborhood between North Sea and Sag Harbor, this midcentury modern just listed for $1.75 million under Sotheby’s International Realty agent Gioia DiPaolo.

Built in 1977, the 2,342-square-foot home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with features such as a double-height living room with black wood-beamed ceilings, walls of glass, and a free-standing wood-burning fireplace. There are new appliances in the kitchen, but those cabinets could use an update.

A wall of glass can also be found in the master suite. Structural updates to the home include new air conditioning, a new furnace, a new roof, and new decking.

While the home has been updated, there are some features that stay true to the midcentury quality that this home maintains. In particular, we’re thinking of the mirrored walls in the den and master suite, and the tiled floors in the main living space.

In 2003, the home sold for $685,000.
