A waterfront Mediterranean-style home on Pointe Mecox Lane in Bridgehampton just cut its listing price by $1.65 million, under Brown Harris Stevens real estate agent Andrea Ackerman. The estate—which stands 5,000 square feet—was listed over a year ago in June of 2016 for $11.9 million. This is the first time the price on the estate has changed, currently asking $10.25 million.

In 5,000 square feet, there are six bedrooms and six bathrooms, sited on an acre of creekfront land and featuring views of Mecox Bay, Swan Creek, and the ocean. Inside, there are custom Venetian plaster walls and ceilings, custom glass chandeliers, and iron work. One will find 20-foot ceilings in the living room, a private entrance in the first-floor master suite, and a sitting room with fireplace in the second-floor master suite.

Outside, there’s a iron gated entrance, a waterside heated gunite pool, gardens, and both covered and uncovered terraces.

One thing we noticed is that all the bathrooms in this estate are particularly interesting. We love the nook bathtubs, dual vanities, and interesting mirrors. What do you think of the home?
