This is one tiny home

This teeny-tiny 500-square-foot cottage in the northern part of Napeague with just one bedroom and one bathroom just listed under Corcoran Group Real Estate agents Sue Feleppa and Jennifer Hoopes for $269,000.

Built in 1950, the home sits on just a tenth of an acre, located in between Cherry Point and Lazy Point, near Napeague State Park.

The home has been winterized and features a private loft area, which makes it good for year-round living—suitable for either one resident or a couple. It could also be a good investment property for those looking to rent it out.

Admittedly, the exterior could use a facelift. One thing we love is that the home has built-in wall storage shelving throughout, which is especially vital in such a tiny space. Though the interior could benefit from some updates and renovations, we think the home has a lot of potential to be a cute tiny home in a private location.
