Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, a column that explores what one can buy or rent for a certain price in the Hamptons.

Today’s price: $10 million in Bridgehampton.

536 Ocean Road: $9,995,000

The largest home we’re featuring today stands 10,500 square feet with seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms. Built in 2007, the shingle style home features a double-height foyer, a two-sided fireplace, coffered ceilings in the great room, and a gourmet kitchen. French doors lead to the exterior, where one will find a heated gunite pool, spa with waterfall, pool house, bluestone porches, and a two-car garage on over an acre of land.

In October of 2016, the home went on the market for nearly $11.5 million, but has gotten two price cuts since then, putting it at the current asking price. Located south of the highway, the home is less than two miles from the ocean at Sagg Main Beach.

25 Quimby Lane: $9,950,000

Built in 1890, this century-old estate stands 4,700 square feet in size with seven bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms on over two acres of land. The traditional style home was renovated back in the ‘90s, but unfortunately there are no photos of the interior. According to the listing, the property features a tennis court, in-ground pool, and hedged grounds for privacy.

In June of 2017, the home listed for $12.5 million, but has come down in price since it went up for sale. The property is located just a half-mile from the ocean at Ocean Road Beach.

950 Ocean Road: $9,250,000

Standing 7,500 square feet, this home has six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms on just over an acre of land. The traditional style home features a double-height foyer, a paneled library, an open floor plan, and gas fireplace in the living room. One will also find marble flooring on the main level, a private terrace off the master suite, and radiant heat flooring in the master bathroom.

Outside, there’s a three-car garage, a pool, a screened-in porch with a fireplace, and an outdoor kitchen.

236 Halsey Lane: $8,495,000

Finally, this traditional style home is the least expensive property featured, but it also sits the closest to the highway—though, it’s still on the ocean side of Bridgehampton. The shingled home has 5,000 square feet of living space, six bedrooms, and six bathrooms. Situated on over two acres of land, the property features a pool, a tennis court, an apple orchard, and a two-car garage.
