Located at 52 Edge of Woods Road in the North Sea neighborhood of Southampton, the home is listed for $3,995,000, meaning most of our readers—about 36 percent—guessed in the correct category of between $3 million and $4 million. The under $3 million category and the category between $4 million and $5 million each had 25 percent of the votes, while just 14 percent of readers thought it was asking over $5 million.

The home has 5,532 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. Interior features include a double-height great room, a wood-burning fireplace, open floor plan, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, and a screened-in porch.

A wall of French doors lead to the exterior, where one will find a deck, second-floor balconies, a three-car attached garage, a heated gunite pool, a hot tub, retractable awnings, fountains, and stone-stacked walls in true Mediterranean fashion.
