What $30M buys you on Meadow Lane in Southampton

Today, we’re seeing what a $30 million budget will get you on one of the most expensive ocean roads in the Hamptons: Southampton’s Meadow Lane.

In 2012, the home was asking $30 million before the listing was removed a year later. In 2016, the property went back on the market for the current asking price of $27 million.
