Located at 189 Further Lane in East Hampton, a three-acre property with a 7,400-square-foot estate built in 2002 just cut nearly $2 million from the asking price, putting it at $14,995,000.

Originally asking $21.5 million after coming on the market in September of 2014, the home changed its price tag last year. Before that, it sat with an asking price of $19.75 million for nearly two years.

It looks like there’s plenty of space in the estate—in over 7,000 square feet of living space, there are just five bedrooms, all of which have a full ensuite bathroom. There are three half-bathrooms.

Interior details include curved walnut entry doors, polished stone floors, a screened-in porch, and a fully finished lower level with a home theater and a catering kitchen.

Outside, one will enjoy the oceanview teak rooftop observation deck, gardens, a heated pool with waterfall, a cabana with a gym, a summer kitchen, a tennis court, and a three-car garage.

The current owners are Peter Wilson, a retired lawyer, and Scott Sanders, an interior designer. Wilson purchased the property back in 2002 for $4.65 million.
