Noyack home close to the bay returns to the market for $2.3M after a renovation

It’s been renovated since it was last on the market in 2014

Over three years ago, Curbed featured the home at 17 Bittersweet Lane in the Noyack neighborhood of Sag Harbor, which was asking $1.2 million. At the time we were thinking that the bayside home was a teardown—but it looks like the person who bought the property (which closed at $885,000) made some serious renovations, and the like-new structure is now asking $2.3 million.

Here’s what the home looked like before the renovations:

And now, after the renovations:

In 2,400 square feet, there are three bedrooms and four bathrooms, an open living space with vaulted ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, a sunroom, and bay views from the second-level master suite.

Outside, there’s a saltwater free form pool, a fire pit, and a one-car garage.

The fully renovated home is asking $1.1 million more than it was originally listed for when it went on the market in 2014. Given the work that’s been put into it and the proximity to the bay beach, we think it’s a pretty good deal for a starting price.
