This week, we’re asking readers to guess the asking price of a chicly designed and privately located Amagansett home, sited on nearly two acres of land. With almost 7,500 square feet of living space, this home six bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms, as well as formal and informal entertaining spaces, and a master suite that overlooks the property grounds.

In addition to the master suite, there are three ensuite bedrooms on the second floor. Downstairs, the finished lower level has a home theater, wet bar, gym, sauna, and a guest bedroom. Another guest suite sits above the garage.

French doors lead to the exterior, which has a patio, gunite pool, and a pool house with a bathroom. Driving up to the home, one crosses over a small pond.

The home was built in 2007 and purchased in 2008 for $4.35 million—so we’ll start our guessing around there.
