Listed for sale in March of 2017 for $12.5 million, the two-acre estate at 219 Further Lane in East Hampton just took $1.6 million off the asking price. The home is now asking $10.9 million under Sotheby’s International Realty agents Marilyn Clark and Frank Newbold. This is the first change in price that the home has had in almost a year on the market.

Built in 2006, the home has 8,100 square feet of living space with six ensuite bedrooms, an additional full bathroom, and one half-bathroom. Sited on a two-acre property, the home is located directly adjacent to a 44-acre nature reserve, making it a great location for those who are looking for a bit of privacy.

The modern home features limestone floors, wood panelings and ceilings, a double-height living room, a finished lower level, and what the listing refers to as a “screened summer living room.”

Outside, there’s mahogany decking that spans a whopping 3,300 square feet—making it good for entertaining—as well as a pool, spa, cabana, and a tennis court with a viewing pavilion.

Located on Further Lane, the estate is just a half-mile from the ocean at Two Mile Hollow Beach.
