A Sagaponack new construction that hasn’t yet been completed has just listed under Sotheby’s International Realty agents Pat Petrillo and Dawn Petrillo for $4,595,000. The contemporary style home is planned to have a whopping 175-foot long foyer, or gallery, as well as black exteriors, according to the renderings.

Sited on two acres of wooded land that sits adjacent to a 16-acre nature reserve, this 6,000-square-foot home will have four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Inside, the great room will have 18-foot ceilings, professional-grade appliances and marble countertops in the chef’s kitchen, and nine-foot doors will be found throughout.

All four bedrooms will be ensuite, and an office could serve as a fifth bedroom. There will be concrete floors inside, and while that sounds like it would be extremely cold on bare feet, the floors will have gas radiant heating.

Outside, there will be a gunite pool and decking.

Since the home hasn’t been finished, it can be customized at the buyer’s discretion. How would you want to customize this home?
