What/Where: A sleek, modern smart home in the village fringe of East Hampton.
Size: 4,900 square feet, 4.8 acres.

This week, we’re having readers guess the asking price of a modern smart home located in the village fringe of East Hampton. In nearly 5,000 square feet, there are five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom. WiFi-enabled features like a monitored security system, automated garage door, mood lights, and lighting at the pool and landscaping can be found throughout this home.

Structurally speaking, interiors have 20-foot ceilings in the foyer, a floating staircase, and a live organic wall imported from France that doesn’t need any maintenance. The great room has bifold glass doors that span the length of the room and accordion inward to open out to the exterior.

Outside, there’s a built-in barbecue, two fire pits, a sound system, bluestone patios, and an infinity edge pool with a spa.

The home has been listed for sale in the last year, so that might make it a bit easier if some of our readers are familiar with the listing. But earlier this month, it relisted for a different price.
