Located on 10 acres of land on Sagg Pond in Bridgehampton, this 14,000-square-foot manse by builder Jeffrey Collé—the same builder who did the Georgica Pond House that Beyoncé and Jay-Z purchased earlier this year—was originally listed for $45 million back in 2015. After coming on and off the market a few times since, the listing was most recently removed in July of 2017.
Five months later, the home has returned to the sales market under Compass Real Estate agents Lori Schiaffino and Washington Duke.
It still hasn’t been officially built yet, and the listing states that it’s a “proposed modernist design/build,” but the future home will have seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms in 14,000 square feet of living space. There will also be water views through walls of glass, terraces, reflecting pools, a screening room, gym, steam shower, and massage room. Outside, there will be a heated pool, a four-car garage, and a sunken tennis court.
When Curbed featured the home in 2015, the price was criticized for being too high. But now, after two full years going back and forth on the market, do you think that it should stay at the $45 million? Leave your thoughts in the comments.
