What/Where: A Tuscan-style home in Southampton’s North Sea neighborhood, sitting north of the village.
Size: 5,000 square feet, 1.8 acres

This week, we’re asking readers to guess this asking price of this Mediterranean-style home in Southampton. The 5,000-square-foot estate has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms on almost two acres of privately located land that sits adjacent to a nature reserve. Inside, there’s a double-height entry, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, an open floor plan, a screened-in porch, cherry wood floors, and walls of French doors leading to the exterior.

Outside, there’s a large deck suited for dining, lounging, and entertaining, as well as a three-car garage, retractable awning, a heated gunite pool, and spa. In its true Mediterranean style, there are also fountains and stone stacked walls.

Built in 2002, the home last sold in 2005 for $2.38 million, so we’ll start the guessing at $3 million. It’s also been available to rent in the recent past.
