Kilkare, the historic oceanfront Wainscott home that made an appearance in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, has taken $10 million off the asking price at once, putting it for sale at $45 million.

The Georgica Association home came on the market back in August for $55 million, and this is only the second time that the home has been available for sale since it was built over 140 years ago in 1877 by ship carpenters. It’s currently owned by Eleanora Kennedy, who purchased the home with her husband, Michael, back in 1975. Michael Kennedy is known for representing Ivana Trump in her 1992 divorce from Donald Trump.

Standing 5,000 square feet, the three-story home has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom. Since the Kennedys have owned the home, it has been restored and features pumpkin pine floors, nine fireplaces, 85 windows, water views of both the ocean and Georgica Pond, a heated pool, and a zen meditation garden. Located on almost three acres of land, the property has 330 feet of direct ocean frontage and a private walkway down to the beach.

The home is represented by Frank Newbold and Beate Moore of Sotheby’s International Realty, and the Petrie team at Compass Real Estate.
