Earlier this week, we had readers guess the asking price of the nearly 200-year-old home at 39 Suffolk Street in Sag Harbor village.
The renovated home spans 3,000 square feet in size with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms on a quarter-acre of land. Though it’s been restored, it maintains some of the period details from the original construction, including four fireplaces and wide-plank flooring. Newer interior features include a professional grade kitchen with a white marble center island.
French doors lead to the exterior, which is host to separate studio cottage with a full bathroom, a heated saltwater pool, a sunbed on the lounging area, and an outdoor shower.
The home last sold back in 2013 for $1.25 million. Nearly half of our readers guessed in the correct category, thinking that it was between $5 million and $7 million. Another large portion of people thought that it was under $5 million, while less than 10 percent of voters guessed in the higher categories.
