At 944 Mecox Road in south-of-the-highway Bridgehampton, a 10,500-square-foot mansion just listed under Sotheby’s International Realty agent, Beate Moore. The massive estate is situated on a compound of two single and separate lots, totaling nearly two full acres.

The home was built in 2010, at which time it sold for $8.45 million. Eight years later, it’s back on the market and asking a significant amount more—it’s now listed for $22 million.

In the traditional, shingle-style main house, there are six ensuite bedrooms, a library, a sunroom, an eat-in kitchen, and a fully finished lower level. A sunroom is also located off the master suite, which has custom closets, heated nickel towel racks in the bathroom, plus a television over the bathtub. From the master suite, there are views that overlook the property and, according to the listing, out to Mecox Bay.

On the lower level, a bunk room has four built-in queen-sized bunks, each with a television at the end of the bed. Other interior features include radiant flooring and six wood-burning fireplaces.

Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool, terraces large enough to use for entertaining, two steel-frame pergolas, and a three-story guest house which is host to two ensuite bedrooms and a lounge area.
