Built in 2006, a Murray Compound home at 111 Pheasant Lane in Southampton just listed under Sotheby’s International Realty agent Pat Petrillo for $15.9 million. the property last sold in 2001 for $5.5 million.

Standing 6,500 square feet on nearly two acres of land, the estate was designed by local architect John Laffey in a shingle style. Interior features fireplaces in the living room, dining room, and library (among other locations), as well as an eat-in kitchen with stone counter tops, and a screened-in porch next to the kitchen that overlooks the exterior. Off the master suite, there’s a private deck with water views of Wickapogue Pond.

Outside, one will find a heated gunite pool with a swim lane, a brick patio, a pergola, a detached two-car garage, a sunken tennis court, and private access to ocean beaches.

Sitting south of the highway, the property is located about a mile and a half drive outside of the village.
