In August of this year, professional golfer Raymond Floyd listed his Southampton compound at 65 Captains Neck Lane for $24,995,000. The estate—appropriately dubbed “Mulligan”—has just had its first price cut since landing on the market, taking more than $5 million off the price tag at once. Currently, it’s listed for $19.5 million under Sothey's International Realty agent Harald Grant.

On more than three acres of land, there is a massive 14,000 square feet of living space. Built in 1999, the main residence features a covered front deck, a fireplace in the living room, a deck with a retractable awning, a chef’s kitchen, and outdoor decks off the upstairs bedrooms. In the lower level, one will find a mirrored gym, bathroom, wine cellar, and laundry room, while staff quarters sit above the two-car attached garage.

The guest house hosts four bedrooms—two of which have outdoor access—and a finished lower level, which could act as an additional guest suite, or living space.

Outdoors, there’s a heated gunite pool, Har-Tru tennis court, space for outdoor dining on the back deck, gardens, and fruit trees.
