Actress Ellen Pompeo—best known for her portrayal of Meredith Grey on Grey’s Anatomy—has listed her Sag Harbor home on Millstone Road for $3,795,000 under Brown Harris Stevens agents Jane Babcook and Mark Baron, reports the New York Post.

Built in 2013, the 2,400-square-foot home is sited on a large 8.3-acre parcel in Sag Harbor’s Noyack neighborhood. The farmhouse features an open floor plan, a double-height ceiling in the living room, and French doors that lead out to a screened-in porch with a fireplace.

We’re particularly fond of the open shelving concept in the kitchen and the contemporary black accents that are found throughout the space.

Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool and bluestone patios. On more than eight acres of land, there’s plenty of room for a tennis court or expansion—but according to the listing, the property is “in the final phase of a two-lot subdivision.” A two-lot subdivision could make this property a good opportunity for those looking to expand.

Pompeo purchased the property in 2011 for $925,000.
