Retro with a touch of millennial pink in Hampton Bays asks $2M

That exterior has us in awe

A perfectly pink home just listed for $1,995,000 at 17 Romana Drive in Hampton Bays. What we love is that the 1983 home has lots of ‘80s nostalgia, while still giving us a dose of the millennial pink that our generation has come to adore.

The 3,000-square-foot home has maintained a lot of its retro features—likely from the original construction—including a slanted stove top island in the kitchen, a corner double-height stone fireplace in the living room, and glass bricks at the entrance of the home.

Unfortunately, this means that some of the home does look dated, but there’s nothing that a renovation or update can’t fix. In particular, we’re thinking the cabinets in the kitchen could be swapped out for something more modern.

There are four bedrooms and five bathrooms in the home, sited on a half-acre of waterfront land on Tiana Bay. Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool that overlooks the bay, decking that’s well-suited for entertaining, docking rights, and an attached garage.

The home is listed with Constance Porto of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
