Kate McKinnon’s Southampton rental goes up for sale, asking $995K

Kate McKinnon, Saturday Night Live comedian and film actress, once rented the #37 unit condo at the Canterbury Mews, located at 10 Leland Lane in Southampton—and that condo is now listed for sale, reports the New York Post.

When the news broke, the asking price was $1.049 million, but just yesterday the home was reduced in price and is now asking $995,000.

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in 1,600 square feet of space, as well as a gourmet kitchen, and a master suite with high ceilings and a custom marble bathroom. Residents of the Canterbury Mews have access to two all-weather tennis courts and a heated pool.

McKinnon rented the condo last summer while she was filming Rough Night alongside Amagansett resident Scarlett Johansson. She’s currently working as the voice of Ms. Frizzle in The Magic School Bus Rides Again, which will be released on Netflix later this month.
