Built in 2008, the home at 10 Saint Mary’s Lane in Amagansett just went on the market with listing agents Ed Petrie and James Petrie of Compass Real Estate for $9,995,000.

The home has 8,500 square feet of living space on 1.2 acres, with eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Interior features include an entry foyer, a two-sided fireplace, an open layout between the living and dining spaces, and two wine refrigerators.

The master suite offers a walk-in closet and spa bathroom. Three of the bedrooms upstairs are ensuite.

Outside, there is an outdoor fireplace, dining and living space, swimming pool with raised spa, pool house with a half-bathroom, and an outdoor shower behind sliding barn doors. There is also a third-story observation deck.

The property last sold in 2006 for $3 million. At its current asking price, it breaks down to $1,175 per square foot.

Saint Mary’s Lane sits south of the highway, off Indian Wells Highway and just a half-mile from the ocean at Indian Wells Beach.

Across the street, the home for sale at 90 Indian Wells Highway has seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms in 7,000 square feet on 2.33 acres, asking $13.5 million. Though this home costs more by the square foot, it is on a lot that’s almost twice the size and slightly closer to the ocean.
