The compound at 194 & 220 Three Mile Harbor Road in East Hampton just returned to the market under agent Theodore Damiecki of Brown Harris Stevens for $4.5 million.

The property went up for sale back in 2014 for $5.9 million under Douglas Elliman, but was removed shortly after going on the market. In 2015, it went up for sale again for $4.5 million, but came off the market after just two months.

Now, two years later, the property is available for sale again at the same $4.5 million asking price.

Built in 1760, the home on the smaller lot sits 1,800 square feet in size. There are four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half-bathroom on a 1.2 acres, and an adjacent 14-acre historic horse farm, which is zoned for agriculture use.
