The Salt Sea #9 unit at Gurney’s Residences just received a 28 percent price cut, now asking $7 million. Almost $2 million has been taken from the price tag—before the reduction, it was asking $8.95 million under listing agent Chris Coleman of Saunders Real Estate.

One of the two largest units in the Salt Sea building, #9 is a corner unit sitting on the western end of the building. There’s 2,588 square feet of interior space, and 956 square feet of exterior space, combining for a total of 3,544 square feet.

There are four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one half bathroom, as well as ocean views from every room, 12-foot vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, and an eat-in kitchen with a wine refrigerator.

The master suite features a terrace with a hot tub and a walk-in closet. The master bath has a glass-enclosed shower with a rain head, freestanding soaking tub, and dual vanities.

The floorplan is set up so that the living room, dining room, kitchen, and upper deck are all on the second level, while two bedrooms—including the master—sit on the first level, and the remaining two bedrooms and outdoor patio are on the lower level. All of the bedrooms are ensuite.

In the same building, the Salt Sea #3 unit is also for sale, currently asking $4.9 million. The #4 unit is asking $4.6 million, having also recently come down in price from $5.9 million.

Gurney’s residents enjoy a butler service, a personal oceanfront cabana, home maintenance, a gym, oceanview saltwater pool, and even beach nannies.
