A year ago, in September of 2016, Jackie Kennedy’s famed summer home, Lasata, came on the market for $38,995,000—as well as the adjacent lot with grass tennis court, which was asking an additional $14,995,000.

In June of this year, the estate cut $4 million from the asking price putting the main house for sale at $34,995,000.

Earlier this week, another $5 million from the asking price, just four months after the last price cut. That brings the house down to $29,995,000, listed with Douglas Elliman agent Carol Nobbs, Corcoran Group agent Susan Breitenbach, and Brown Harris Stevens agent Peter Turino. The additional four-acre parcel with the grass tennis court is asking $11,995,000. Together, the main house and the adjacent lot come out to a total of $41.99 million.

The main house is located on 7.15 acres of land at 121 Further Lane. The structure stands 8,500 square feet with 10 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms. Designed by Arthur Jackson in 1917, the home has undergone recent renovations and features a guest house and a pool house on the property.

“Lasata” is a Native American name for “place of peace.”
