There’s also a studio on the property

Built in 1919, the home at 652 Sagaponack Road in Sagaponack just came on the market for $6,995,000.

The three-level main house stands 3,500 square feet with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. In the living room and dining room, French doors lead out to the outdoor living space, which includes a covered deck, heated gunite pool, gardens, and access to a pond located on the property.

Inside, the home has maintained its 20th-century charm, though updates have clearly been made to keep the home up-to-date.

In addition to the pond, the property has gardens with roses, peonies, hydrangeas, and specimen trees. A two-story studio with a wisteria-covered pergola sits off the pool for extra storage or entertaining space. A two-car garage is also on the property.

The home is listed with agent Eve Combemale of Sotheby’s International Realty. According to public record, the home last sold in 1998 for $1.5 million. It was on the market briefly in 2011 for $5,995,000, but the listing was removed soon after going up for sale.

Sagaponack Road is located right of Sagg Main. The property is about a mile and a half from the ocean at Sagg Main Beach.
