$3M shaved off asking price of Sagaponack oceanfront home

In July of this year, the 5,000-square-foot oceanfront beach house at 134 Sandune Court in Sagaponack was listed for sale at $16,495,000 under agent Terry Cohen of Saunders Real Estate. After just two months, the property has received its first price cut since coming on the market, now asking $13,495,000.

Built in 1987, there are six bedrooms and four bathrooms on one acre of land overlooking the ocean. The entire third level of the home is the master suite, which includes a covered deck off the bedroom.

Outside, there’s a covered terrace, deck, heated gunite pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower.

While the home itself has some outdated features (the tile floors could come up and the kitchen needs to be renovated), the acre of oceanfront property is highly valued. Just down the beach, an 0.85-acre oceanfront property is asking $13.5 million.
