Designed by GRADE New York Architects and built by Jay Bialsky in 2016, the home at 285 Parsonage Lane came on the market in March of this year for $17.9 million. The contemporary manse just got its first price reduction since coming on the market, now asking $16.75 million under Zachary and Cody Vichinsky of Bespoke Real Estate.

The 10,850-square-foot home has six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms on 1.6 acres of land, facing a 10-acre preserve to the south, west, and north sides of the property.

The home features a custom kitchen, imported stone, sliding glass walls, a gym and movie theatre on the lower level, a junior master suite on the first floor and remaining bedrooms on the second level. The structure is positioned to “capture the best western facing views and sunsets in the Hamptons,” according to the listing.

Outside, there’s a detached 1,020-square-foot garage, heated gunite pool, a spa with automatic fill, pool house, and room for tennis.

For Parsonage Lane, the home is priced in the middle of the road. It is also offered as part of the $59.9 million compound that includes 285, 286, and 287 Parsonage Lane. The 289 address has 11,665 square feet with six bedrooms and ten bathrooms on two acres of land, asking $21.95 million. Down the road, the 11,760-square-foot home at 515 Parsonage Lane has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms on 1.8 acres, asking $13.995 million
