Built in 2007, the estate at 493 Parsonage Lane in Sagaponack just went on the market for $13.45 million under listing agent Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty. The home was last sold in 2011 for $9.5 million.

After it was completed being built, the property hit the market in 2008 for $10.95 million. It sat on the market for about three years right up until it was sold for just a bit less than it was originally asking. In 2016, the home was listed for sale again at an increase, totaling $11,995,000—but it only stuck around on the market for about two months before the listing was removed.

Now, it’s back on the market with increase. The home offers 8,000 square feet of living space, in which there are six bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. Inside, there is a double-height entryway, a wall of glass doors that opens to the exterior, an eat-in kitchen with a painted tin ceiling, a wood-paneled library, and vaulted ceilings in the master suite.

The master suite also has a fireplace, two walk-in closets, stone flooring in the bathroom, a glass-enclosed shower bench, dual sinks, and panoramic views of the adjacent farmland.

Downstairs, the finished lower level has a theatre, gym, sauna and steam room, wine room, game room, and access to the elevator, which serves all three levels.

The property—which is about 1.7 acres in size—features a long, gated driveway, a stone porch, a heated pool, bluestone patios, and sunken tennis courts.
