Last week, Curbed wrote about the least expensive home that was for sale on Further Lane in East Hampton dropping down from $8.75 million to $7.9 million. That was the 386 Further Lane home—but the 209 address has just recently cut its asking price, and is now tied as the least expensive home for sale on Further Lane with the same price tag.
The home is listed with agent Diane Saatchi of Saunders Real Estate.
Less than a year ago, in September of 2016, the home came on the market for $10.95 million. The price dropped down to $9.95 million in March, and then two months later to $8.85 million. Now, at its $7.9 million asking price, the home has cut more than $3 million in less than a year.
Built in 1995, the home has 5,205 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms. There are cathedral ceilings in the living spaces, French doors, a two-level bluestone patio, a double-height foyer, an eat-in kitchen, cathedral ceilings in the master suite, a walk-in bar in the library, and a heated gunite pool.
