The home at 9 Roberts Lane in East Hampton just came on the market under listing agent Jose DosSantos of Brown Harris Stevens with an asking price of $6,749,000. Built in 2013, the home last sold in 2014 for $4,462,500. Before that, the property was asking $4.76 million in 2012.

The home has 6,500 square feet of living space on less than an acre of land, with six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. In the two and a half story living room, there’s a glass wall on both sides of the fireplace that looks out to the backyard and agricultural reserve.

In the kitchen, one will find Calcutta stone and a Bertazzoni range. Off the kitchen is a sitting area with a bar and pantry, while behind it sits the floating staircase that leads to the second level.

The master suite offers a fireplace, large sliding glass doors, and a private Brazilian Walnut deck. Dual shower heads and vanities can be found in the master bath, as well as a soaking tub. Four other ensuite bathrooms are on the second floor.

On the finished lower level, one will find a sixth bedroom, recreation area, climate-controlled wine cellar and tasting room, and 3D projection theatre.

Outside, there’s a heated gunite pool, covered porch, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and two-car garage.
