Antoine Verglas—a fashion photographer known lately for a nearly-nude photo of Melania Trump that was taken back in the 2000 and resurfaced during the latest presidential election—put his Napeague compound at 61 & 55 Dunes Lane up for sale, reports WWD. The asking price for the entire 2.8 acre compound is $12.5 million with listing agents Carol Nobbs and Timothy Kelly of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

The Parisian artist became vital to the fashion world in the ‘90s when he brought a documentary style form of photography to the forefront of his career. He’s particularly recognized for candidly capturing models Stephanie Seymour, Claudia Schiffer, and Cindy Crawford in a series of photos that ran in Elle.

The property has two beach houses, an oceanside pool, 200 feet of ocean frontage, a private path to the ocean, and views of both the ocean and Napeague Harbor.

Or, the two parcels could be purchased separately. In total, there is 4,000 square feet of living space between the two cottages. The $6.9 million property has four bedrooms, and three bathrooms.

The $5.6 million property has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a deck, and a pool.
