Located at 364 Brick Kiln Road in Sag Harbor, a 6,000-square-foot home just went on the market under listing agent Beate Moore of Sotheby’s International Realty for $6.25 million.

Built in 2016, the main home features five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms.

All of the bedrooms in the main house are ensuite. Interior features include an entrance foyer, cathedral ceilings in the living room, mahogany windows, a chef’s kitchen, and four wood-burning fireplaces.

The 3.65-acre property also features two accessory buildings, including garage space that can accommodate up to five cars, and a pool house.

At the $6.25 million asking price, the price tag breaks down to $1,041 per square foot.

The property last sold in 2006 for $1.795 million. It is one of the most expensive and largest homes available for sale on Brick Kiln Road, followed in price only by the 7,140-square-foot home at the 1100 address, which is asking $9.995 million—or, $1,399 per square foot.

The home at the 361 address is slightly larger, at 6,200 square feet on a 3.71-acre lot, and asking $5.95 million. It’s also six years newer, having been built in 2007—though, it doesn’t look to be as updated. That home is asking $959 per square foot.
