The water view home at 139 Seascape Lane in Sagaponack has just increased its asking price. The property—which is currently under construction—was last sold in February of 2016 for $5.5 million.

A few months later, the one-acre property was listed for sale at $5.75 million, but was removed soon after. In May of this year, it was asking $16,995,000. Earlier this month, an additional $1.5 million was added to the asking price, putting it at $18,495,000.

Designed by Bates + Masi Architects, the 5,731-square-foot home is planned to be finished in 2018. It will have five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, glass-enclosed bridges that will connect towers built into the structure, indoor-outdoor movement between spaces, and full-height sliding glass doors.

It is listed with Susan Breitenbach of Corcoran Group Real Estate.

The price comes out to $3,227 per square foot. Nearby, the home at 1051 Sagg Main Street—also on one acre—sits 6,000 square feet with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and is asking $15.75 million, or $2,625 per square foot.

The property at 77 Seascape Lane is larger, at 1.25 acres and 7,500 square feet with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and is asking $11,995,000, which comes down to $1,599 per square foot. However, that property does not feature water views.
