Bishops Pond in Southampton has only one condo left for sale at $1.7M

Back in 2015, the Bishops Pond condominium development in Southampton expanded, building 10 new townhouses. The newer homes are all located in a private area of the community, hidden by a tree-lined hill.

Now, there’s only one home left for sale in the development, at 502 High Pond Lane. The condo is ready for immediate occupancy and has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The asking price is $1,699,000.

The price has been reduced for a limited time.

All residents have access to the clubhouse, which has a private pool, tennis courts, a fitness center, and a yoga room. The development is located south of the highway, between Route 27 and Hill Street.
