In July, Curbed featured the home at 15 Wireless Road in East Hampton, a new construction located right outside of the village limits. The home went on the market at the end of June, but it didn’t stick around long—on August 9, the property went into contract.
The home is listed under Christopher Stewart of Douglas Elliman.
The 0.57-acre property has two homes: a 5,500-square-foot main house, and a 1,800-square-foot guest cottage. The home was developed by MAP Development, designed by Fred Smith Architects, and interior designs by Damon Liss Designs.
With an asking price of $5,995,000, the property was the most expensive for sale on Wireless Road, but not by much. Asking $4,495,000, the 5,300-square-foot home at 58 Wireless Road is the next most expensive.
